Now that I’m finishing up with my summer classes, I have unexpected amounts of time on my hands…and actually get to do something other than homework all weekend! Well, I SHOULD be studying, but I know I’ll do plenty of it this week coming up.
We have been busy people in the last 24 hours! DH and I went shopping for wedding gifts (we have 3 couples getting married in the next 2 months), hit up World Market (always a BAD idea when you’re broke), watched It’s Complicated, went to the Farmer’s Market, and went grocery shopping. We’ve been spending most of this afternoon playing with the cats, and tinkering with random things.
Speaking of cats, I think they have made significant progress so far!
This was taken about 10 minutes after Noelle pounced Junior’s tail and got a thorough hiss and swat from him. He’s tolerating her pretty well, I’d say. That’s my boy! 🙂
We’re still keeping her locked up in our bedroom for most of the day…she’s just way too little to have access to the whole condo without someone constantly watching her; although, Junior keeps a close eye on her whenever she is out.
Also, I’ve been looking over my Italian stuff a bit this past week. I am surprised at how quickly it seems to be coming back to me. Whether or not I get to do the Fulbright, I’m probably going to take an Italian course in January…assuming the community college has it. I just love it way too much to not continue studying it!
Hmmm, that’s about it. Besides, my honey has made some awesome Cashew Chicken salad, and now it’s dinner time. Yum!
